Programs

As the Children of Chain of Love have been growing up, Chain of Love has kept pace. A technical training center has been established to provide professional vocational training for the older children and youth when they reach the age of 14. This extra educational initiative is designed to help young people realize their potential. As they are exposed to the trades and professions, choices are made giving a direction and preparation for entrance into responsible adult life. Educational funding is made possible to help them at the appropriate time, through technical, college or university expenses in an effort to reach this goal.

At the technical center, the children are exposed to many different skills and trades from professionals in the community who volunteer their time. Currently we are offering courses in:

Shoe making and leather work
Word Processing
Arts and Crafts
Arts and Crafts with recyclables
Hair Cutting
Microsoft Windows
Photoshop
Baking Bread
Baking desserts
Electronics
Drums
Upholstery
English
Soapmaking
Welding
Woodworking
Computer Skills
